About Casey
For nearly two decades, I built a career in executive recruiting and talent acquisition on Wall Street, serving as Head of Talent at leading investment banks including Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Evercore, and FT Partners.
I spent years helping top executives and rising leaders land roles, negotiate salaries, and shape careers at the highest levels of finance and fintech.
Yet, behind the résumés and offers, I saw a deeper story playing out: brilliant people struggling with questions like:
“Why am I stuck?”
“What’s wrong with me?”
“Why can’t I find fulfillment, even in success?”
I know those questions intimately.
My own journey in high finance was marked by emotional blockages rooted in childhood trauma. I believed success meant achievement, titles, and recognition—yet I often felt frustrated, exhausted, and disconnected from who I really was. Doing my own inner healing work, through story work, psychodrama, and trauma recovery, gave me the tools to peel back the layers, recover my authentic self, and create a career aligned with freedom and wholeness.
Now, as a trauma-informed coach, I help others do the same. I don’t simply give clients advice—I walk with them in clarity and courage, helping them uncover why they feel stuck, renegotiate their inner stories, and pursue the life and career they were designed for.
Outside of coaching, I’m a passionate world traveler, downhill powder skier, and artist. I spent three years living in Buenos Aires, and after 14 years in New York City, I now call Franklin, TN home, where I live with my beloved goldendoodle, Autumn.
My house is filled with plants, paintings, and poetry drafts—and just enough coffee to fuel my love for truth-telling, creativity, and freedom.
At the heart of my work is this: helping people remember who they truly are, so they can show up whole, free, and fully alive in their careers and beyond.
